While some percentage of decks might want both halves of the card, it's likely an equally great percentage that will just want a wrath, and Dawn doesn't actually provide any real value (while just having Dusk with Dusk flashback would be great)
I thought I was just allowed to do this whenever I wanted with the actual card game cause the video game let me do it, so I just would combine random ass cards together with the card game and all my friends hated me and kept saying I was cheating, so no one would duel with me LOL IT WAS THE BEST Join the conversation

Its generally best to cast it on your turn, but the flexibility of playing it on your opponents turn is nice, and youll have plenty of options to discard since you see four new cards for 4 mana
