Maybe that's why I do not see a lot of Sheoldred either locally or on SpellTable

A better fit for this card would be artifact-heavy stax lists such as Heliod, Sun-Crowned , especially if they run cards such as Mishra's Workshop that can help get Trinisphere out early to start putting pressure on the faster decks at the table

Its attack is also useful, as it can move energy from it to any benched Pokmon, which allows Volcanion ex to stand out from many of the other utility-based Fire-type Pokmon

All cards in Starter Kits are legal to play in Constructed formats, there arent any silver bordered cards or anything like that
