Its no [mtg_card]Mulldrifter[/mtg_card], but this is card draw of a modest sort, which feels very fairvery whiteand gives you a chance to catch up if your opponents are ramping up their mana, even if you have to play your land at a normal pace
Playing spells off the top of your deck is a superb card advantage engine that gets around effects like Narset, Parter of Veils
Then pile on seconds with instants and sorceries like Arachnogenesis, Collective Unconscious, or Second Harvest and overwhelm the table
The three blue mana for instance, isnt necessarily a deal breaker in dual colored decks but it is a little difficult to pull off and even more so in triple colored
At the end of the combat phase, the players may bypass this stage
Split cards like Catch // Release can be cast as either half or both combined
