Spike Feeder + Archangel of Thune This combo saw some play in Modern, but it takes a while to start and is relatively easy to prevent
Note that cards that exile themselves and return to play transformed don't work so well with tokens, since the token will cease to exist as soon as it enters the exile zone
Gaining 2 life for Scheming Silvertongue can be done with an upkeep trigger, or even just a buff to the 1/3 body
