8: Eutropia the Twice-Favored - Theros: Beyond Death There was not a lot of Theros: Beyond Death that really excited me, but Eutropia manages to do two very exciting things: (1) be deceptively powerful, and (2) be a Simic commander that is perfectly fair

A card with a special design that is different from a standard card
There's a bit of a cute idea here, with the deck attempting to play prototype creatures for cheap, then either blink them or recur them with Fake Your Own Death to plop them back into play on their fully upgraded side
This time it's an artifact, and there needs to be a creature in play, but you are able to ping your own creatures with this and draw a card each turn - assuming they survive
