The fact that its strictly worse than Midnight Haunting unless we can generate black mana means that its a very archetype specific card, though it will almost certainly see play in Standard
Presumably, the answer wont come until a later Lorcana expansion, but until then, there are plenty of clues scattered throughout the cards for collectors to piece things together themselves
Similarly, phasing in won't cause any "enters the battlefield" abilities to trigger
