Its a really striking design, but the card itself also cleverly implements the fact that Sogeking is really Usopp underneath the fancy garb as well as being able to snipe a character, returning it to the owning players hand
Just be wary of your opponents scrying a bunch of lands to the bottom to mess up your draw engine
Even without it, I might find tables that want to kill me first and then get on with a "normal" game of EDH, but if Havoc Festival hits the field I might as well twirl my mustache and give the table a little "bwa ha haaaa" because there will be no more pretending that I'm trying to play nice
Working on the assumption that most of these have some playability in Legacy (where the old card frame is still a dominant aesthetic) and still have to complement the mechanics of their Remastered draft environment, here are my predictions for the timeshifted cards
