As a baseline, a substantially larger portion of the category can sacrifice themselves to draw cards or can be cycled away, meaning when you find the card late, its not a dead draw

Tura Kennerd, Skyknight isnt quite as good as Talrand, Sky Summoner but might be worth a slot

You only see it in Commander, or in recent Standard decks thanks to the Lorwyn Eclipsed reprint
