If you just cast it on turn 3 and follow up with a huge creature on turn 4, copying that creature will already have paid you off for taking the time to cast her

Even a mild miss, like Llanowar Elves or Rampant Growth has a lot of value, and it only gets better with a stocked deck

The only thing keeping it from spot #1 or #2 is the fact that it can only be cast at sorcery speed, and in a late game top decking situation, it is less powerful

Having a removal spell ready to follow this up in green mirrors can be quite brutal

Just having our commander enter the battlefield with haste and attacking is enough to proliferate
