To play Devil's Advocate, Chandelure isn't an extremely popular Pokemon and its Mega Evolution isn't the most memorable from Pokemon Legends: Z-A, so its relatively tame price tag makes sense

There's no doubt that a few of these categories dig a little too deep to find the silver lining, but the main takeaway I wanted when it came to Tempt with MayhemTempt with Mayhem was that in an average turn at an average table, you could probably find targets that would be beneficial to you and that opponents would be likely to at least consider copying
Just like in chess, you have to think a few steps ahead of your opponent
This is a prime example of the luxury subsidy at work
Land cards are much, much harder to remove than an artifact like a Spacecraft, and so a land with a big ability is more likely worth playing , especially if you get it out in the early turns
