Im not gonna say casting multicolored spells is niche or hyper-specific, but giving Lilah, Undefeated Slickshot a specific condition like that is definitely a good slow-down on power creep, especially in an archetype like spellslinger, which uses tons of monocolored spells
(The One Ring Mount Doom Scene card is not the Serialized 1 of 1 Ring, though they are mechanically identical.) Each Set Booster contains 12 Magic cards, 1 Art Card, and 1 token/ad card, Helper card, or card from The List (a special card from Magic's historyfound in 25% of packs)
One of the best things about Rogue is that the evasion it offers is no mana cost and as such can allow you to make big plays with ninjas and EtB effects
These same 2 cards (Ivy PIkachu and Jigglypuff) were reprinted as non-glossy cards 2 months later as part of a promo with Asobikata Magazine Vol 1 and the Ken Sugimori error was fixed on the Ivy Pikachu making the 1996 Ivy glossy Pikachu easily distinguishable from the non-glossy version
