While it may seem like a no-brainer that a lifegain deck has a ton of internal synergy, the actual payoffs and lifegain sources you choose can greatly influence your decks overall effectiveness
I mean, the card selection it offers over time can be valuable in games that go long, and it also synergizes well with the graveyard stuff in the set, but playing this on turn three isnt going to feel good in most games you just want a three drop creature most of the time
The upside is that if you cant attack with two creatures, it will instead create a 1/1 human token for you
