The floor of this card is a more pip-intensive Diabolic Tutor, which doesn't sound great, unless it sounds amazing (Hi K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth), but is still not bad

I think it functions as a fairly interesting commander to build once, but likely wont stick around as a reserve deck on hand
