mtg umbris fear manifest commander deck EDH Deck Umbris, 100 Magic Cards – Moonveil Games Fear Manifest gets +1/+1 for each card your opponents own in exile MTG Commander Deck EDH Deck

Its -2 creates two 1/1 flying Thopters that have haste until end of turn

Proliferate is as powerful as it is salt-inducing

And getting just one +1/+1 counter on our good Sengir Vampire would be enough to kill Wall of Air, Wall of Swords and stuff, to win in battles vs all 4 power or toughnesss, and to trade with bigger stuff

Its a pretty cool deck for a Blue Suns Zenith or similar style win condition too, especially if youre bored of Laboratory Maniac/Jace/Thassas Oracle
