The main reason why many stereotypical TCG favorites didnt rank as highly as many Pokmon TCG enthusiasts might expect was because this poll was for fans across the entire spectrum of the Pokmon fandomnot just those who are mainly into the TCG, but also the video games, manga, and anime

Some of these are also highly desirable in foil as they have so few prints, like Minamo, School at Water's Edge and Amulet of Vigor
