Welcome to the second and final installment of my Commander 2019 financial set review

While copies of your artifact lands and cost reduction effects can help you have lots of mana for Ultrons triggered ability, so too can making copies of mana rocks

What Im going to do for this one is break the review into two parts: one for the commanders, which well do first, and then for the rest of the cards

Even if the assassins deck is playable in Modern, which seems really questionable on rate, Tax Collector has the largest variety of potential homes

Since we dont really know what MTG Battle cards do yet, figuring out all the nitty gritty interactions will have to wait until (likely) tomorrow
