To start, the quality and workmanship here is fabulous! Exactly what you would expect of vintage German made flowers of the 1950 60s. Each primrose flower is made with a soft hand painted silk petal layer and has a second later of cotton on the underside. The contrast is really pretty and give the flower some umpf! In the middle is a perfectly dyed and painted teeny
