This whisky was named Third Finest Whisky in the World by acclaimed whisky writer Jim Murray in 2010

Whilst this process is ongoing they take the Cornish Clotted Cream and cold distil this in a Vacuum and then once both processes are finished these are infused together

Their aromas are more “funky” and sometimes closer to rhum agricole
