Local Honey pastry scraper Care: Wooden brushes age gracefullyShelburne, Massachusetts, is situated just east of the Berkshires and just west of the Connecticut River in a part of the state known for its many orchards and farms. Apex Orchards is a seventh generation family farm, and it's here that the bees that produce The Shelburne Honey Company honey buzz happily among the fruit trees. We love this honey for its pure, clean taste and for the fact that it's harvested locally on a family owned orchard. Drizzle
