Air Insulated Caps for Metal Chimneys - CA 1/2" Mesh Size:9 in. ID - 16 in. OD A baffle between the fluesAir Insulated Caps for Metal Chimneys California 1 2" Mesh This chimney cap is designed for air insulated chimneys (double or triple wall). It has a tight, friction fit which we recommend you also use with silicone to keep it in place. Note: To get the correct size, measure the inside diameter of the center pipe. You must use the correct cap for each system. Using a single wall cap on an air insulated chimney can cause it to over heat.
