Les Hauts Bourgeois 1er Cru 2019 this is a very vinous

this is a very vinous champagne

downslope from a parcel of Gringet which makes up the La Paille

while the palate is crisp and dry

Aubeterre is unique among the offerings of Domaine du Gringet as it is the only cuvée of Altesse they produce

A wonderfully balanced wine

Les Hauts Bourgeois 1er Cru 2019 this is a very vinousComing from vignes planted on extremely sandy soils which are somewhat unique in the Champagne region, Les Hauts Bourgeois is a lieu dit in the premier cru village of Sacy, close to where Brice's cellar is based. This is a truly outstanding example of a Blanc de Noirs, a very iodine driven nose leads to a broad and richly textured palate. Lots of freshness, but lots of complexity driven by the aging in bottle. Truly a gourmand experience of Champagne.
