straight cut edge on top
When I first started painting larger format pieces
I love the 3D illusion of an object that is created
Dimensions: 21” x 21” (53cm x 53cm)
straight cut edges on right and left sides
Dancing Wings 4 (22.5" x 22.5") Large (20" to 24") straight cut edge on topA larger painting in my Dancing Wings series. The extra space really allows for the shapes and subtle color shifts to shine! The movement in this piece can be felt whether youre standing up close, or from further away. I really enjoyed using a calm blue color palette for this fairly strong design; the resulting painting to me feels confident, yet gentle.
