Hubert Lignier, Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Aux Combottes 2020 750ML burgDC2026 you barely feel itAn elegant, pure and airy nose features notes of cool red currant, cherry, spice, rose petal and a whiff of exotic tea. As is typically the case, the middle weight flavors are not as concentrated, but they are notably finer with outstanding depth and persistence on the equally well balanced finale. This is a wine of focused power and refinement that should also age quite gracefully.
