Benedicte & Stephane Tissot Spirale Passerille Blanc 2018 Picnic fermented in amphora for 7Grape: Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard Vintage: 2018 Type: Sweet Wines This is a blend of Savagnin and Chardonnay with a little Poulsard, and it's left to dehydrate for four months and then pressed very early, resulting in 8% alcohol and notes of quince and baked apples and a full 300 grams of sugar that feel quite integrated and balanced through very good acidity.
