Bliss - Watermelon, Lime & Chilli Spiked Soda 4PACK feel_Rustic West Coast bright IPAA six month barrel fermented Flanders inspired Golden Sour was blended with young Belgian Blond, and refermented on fresh peach juice. Seeking that balance of a true Flanders, where fruit driven sweetness combines with puckering acetic driven acidity. Delicate peach aromatics combine with a Brettanomyces bruxellensis funk and Acetobacter sourness. A gentle honey treacle mid palate softness the complex sourness, providing a balanced drinkability.
