Bruno Rocca, Barbaresco Curra 2022 750ML SPSpain615MAR earth and plenty of spiceThe 2022 Barbaresco Curr could turn out to be one of the surprises of the vintage. It shows all the nerviness that is such a signature of this site but also possesses terrific depth. Chalk, white flowers, mint, crushed rocks and slate play off a core of vibrant red toned fruit. The aromatics here are especially beguiling, but the 2022 is still coming together. There will be no Riserva in 2022, so all the fruit went into this bottling.
