Pallini Peachcello Oregon invented by Sierra Nevada BrewingPallini Peachcello is a sweet and candied Italian liqueur made from white peaches grown in Emilia Romagna. The liqueur is inspired by the love of peaches held by Virgilio Pallini Sr., whose wife preserved them in alcohol so he could eat them all year. She eventually used the remaining peaches to make the liqueur by mixing fresh peach juice with sparkling wine.
