Combination of pot and column distillation techniques, all aged at origin. Finished in Pedro Ximnez casks in Speyside On the nose expect: Caramel, dark chocolate, orange peel, stone fruits & toffee On the palate expect: Barbecued pineapple, caramelised apple, fruit cake, sweet figs & sweet sherry
