It has an open neck with collar with revers, a fitted bodice with 3 4 sleeves, & flared skirt with 2 patch pockets with flaps; the front opens all the way down with red plastic buttons and bound buttonholes. There is a matching belt with fabric covered buckle. Probably made c. late 1950s or early 1960s
