The jumper has a full length zip in navy blue along the length of the back and has an elasticated waist for a nice neat fit
and fastens with hook and loop tape (the photo shows a webbing and buckle strap but I am finding that the coat can slide to the side and so I am reverting back to hook and loop)
there is also a flap at the collar which fastens with hook and loop and helps to hold the collar in position so that the zip doesn't start to open
