Sourced solely from our low-yielding estate with a very strong focus on achieving the right fruit at harvest time
It has a bouquet that I would describe as controlled opulence: lavish blueberry
Today Garrus is firmly established as a world class
this Cab-Syrah blend shows distinctive notes of green peppercorn
Aromas of fresh succulent stone fruit
Hardys - Shiraz McLaren Vale-Padthaway-Clare Valley Eileen Hardy 1996 (750ml) Pinot Meunier Sourced solely from our low-yieldingHardy's top Shiraz is sourced from two McLaren Vale vineyards averaging 70 years of age. It envelops the nose with rich, heady aromas of brambly red, black and blueberry fruits, baking spice and more savory ones, too. It's flecked with dark chocolate and a woodsy barrel note. The palate is full figured but never syrupy, corseted by fine, powerful chalky tannins and lifted acidity. There's flavor depth, harmony and complexityall things that make a wine
