This Mercurey blanc comes from Les Rochelles, a lieu dit whose late ripening character produces Chardonnay with an almost Chablis like minerality. Organically farmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged in French oak, the 2022 offers citrus, white flowers, and
