This is such an honest expression of Shiraz from the Barossa exhibiting both freshness and flavour

So that only old vines with deep roots can survive

Domaine de la Cote - DDLC Estate Pinot Noir 2021 750ml Size:Single delicacy and poise the variety"The 2021 Pinot Noir Estate includes some destemmed fruit in an otherwise 100$ whole cluster house, making it a touch more approachable than teh single vineyard cuvees. Pale ruby in colour, it offers pure pomegranate, blueberries and bitter orange aromas with touches of gravel dust. The light bodied palate is elegantly structured with powdery tannins and fresh acidity, boasting generous fruits and a long, citrus tinged finish. 93 points." EB, Wine
