Podere Il Carnasciale 'Carnasciale' Toscana IGT 2021 SUNRISE2 it is fermented spontaneously in93 pts Vinous Drinking Window 2026 2036 The 2021 Carnasciale is laced with dark berries, mocha, new leather, licorice and rose petals. This is an especially aromatic, restrained vintage for the Carnasciale in which aromatics are quite prominent, while fruit lies more in the background, buried by the wines structure. This really demands aeration or, even better, a few years in bottle. Its a very serious, deep second wine from the estate. By Antonio
