The nose has an exotic mix of ripe fig, bright red cherry and plum fruit with star anise spice, in a lifted and pronounced style. The palate shows more beautifully ripe red fruit characters, alongside lively fig and date notes, with the acidity perfectly balancing the generous flavours, to leave a pure, clean finish.
