The AWC Sherry also has a slight caramel flavor in the finish. This is a result of the wine being baked in the sun. This wine is produced as a beverage sherry so it is unsalted and very suitable for cooking without the addition of salt. The finished alcohol of the AWC Sherry is 17% by volume.
