This is from an original Oil painting done of a scene in the Gap of Dunloe

This silk painting was done after my assistant took home some of the montbretia I had dug up out of my flower bed

I collected some of this pink seaweed and incorporated it into the final painting

This is a real best seller and the original was actually a commission for someone who wanted a painting of the beach with the Blaskets in the background
