Halstead Dresser, 6 Drawer Koa:Select for an eternityOur Halstead dresser is inspired by the one crafted by Maui cabinet maker John Halstead in the mid 1800's. Halstead came to Hawaii from New York City and established a fine furniture shop in Lahaina a burgeoning seaport that welcomed wayfarers and malihinis to the islands. This majestic dresser was one of his finest designs and was displayed proudly in Halstead's own home. We make our Halstead dresser with deep rich koa wood from the island of Hawaii.
