1967 - Chelsea v Sheffield United official programme 06/09/1967 InterContinental Cup Final West Ham United v Luton

West Ham United v Luton Town official programme 19/08/1974 Football League

Dundalk v Malmo official programme 09/08/1995

Burnley v Bristol City official programme 24/04/1982 Football League

It does have the feel of a programme and as it has clearly been produced for some time my guess is that it will become known as the official issue although all the other 4 issues in my book have equal status as they were all given out pre match in the same manner
