After cutting out the blanks on my CNC plasma table, I texture all the pedals and leaves by hand with chisel and hammer on a wooden block. Then I forge out the stem by hand from 3 8 inch square stock and forge a 1 4 inch tenon on the other side. I rivet on the leaves and pedals and then add the detail in the middle. I then shape the stem and the pedals by hand. I finish off the poinsettia
