From Simon Howe we turn south and into Cropton Forest and cross the North York Moors Railway line at Newtondale Halt

This is a 9 mile (15km) circular route taking between 4-5 hours and starts with a nice 257m climb up Trennet Bank

We follow the moorland track across the top of the bowl on excellent walking terrain and head towards Dundale Pond

Group: This is a private guided walk and we take bookings for between 4 and 6 people

we then follow the main trail back to the start and to the carpark

We meet up at the carpark at 10am for a 10. 30 start. The walk takes us from the village up Cold Moor to the intersection with the Cleveland Way (CW) and some great views across the moors and north into Teesside. On a clear day we will see Roseberry Topping and Captain Cooks Monument in the far distance. We turn right and follow the CW across
