Truffle Making Workshop With Your Group Participants:18 Let's celebrate with chocolateHost a truffle making workshop for your group! Our in person chocolate truffle making course is a chance to learn traditional truffle making and inspirations for flavor composition with our in house flavor composer, Sarah Shapiro. Each participant will create, mix, and roll 20 truffles to eat bring home. We will provide the equipment, materials, and instructions; you just need to come prepared to stir and roll! Sarah can also lead a short writing
