finishing chalky
La Boudriotte can have weight
It will evolve for 3-5 years and drink well through 2020
The classic power of Hermitage comes through at the extremely long finish
the Chardonnay grapes mixed with the Grillo variety
Domaine Serene - Coeur Blanc 2005 (750ml) Callet finishing chalkyCritical Acclaim 92 points Wine Spectator You could be forgiven for mistaking this for a rich, buttery Chardonnay, but on closer look it has a toasty, almost Champagne like flavor profile to go along with the rich, silky texture and spicy character on the long, polished finish. A floral note comes out of the background and makes a statement on repeated sips.
