Boats in the Bay, Cape Palliser Frame:Slimline Black some of New Zealand's mostCape Palliser is the southernmost tip of the North Island, on the rugged Wairarapa coast. At nearby Ngawi, a fleet of small fishing boats is hauled straight up onto the black sand beach by bulldozer. There is no harbour on this exposed shore.
