Trossos del Priorat is a small family winery that cultivates the vineyard by following the principles of organic farming. The winery is certified, although their wines are not as they purchase a small percentage of the grapes from old uncertified vines. Pam de Nas is a blend of typical varieties of Priorat, such as Grenache and Carignan. The grapes come
