These are small nodules and unlike alot of other flints that the best material is near the cortex you want to work this material to the center

The foundation of this pad is the high density poly base that's designed to hold up against wear through and now they have a metal strip in the flake channel virtually eliminating wear through

The preforms are 5 16 to 3 8" thick and ready to knapp. There is a video on my YouTube channel Danny Collins Lithics & Leather showing the point in the listening being knapped. As you can imagine these require a bit more work than just cutting and triangles so they are a little more expensive than our regular preforms.
