Grown on the sandy limestone slopes of Monticello dAlba in the Roero, this 100% Nebbiolo is both aromatic and firmly structured. It undergoes a 1015 day maceration in steel before spending 18 months in a single 35hL barrel, softening the tannins while retaining depth. Theres a savoury, earthy undertone that brings balance to the wines
