Armenian Gilders Bole Easel Golden Fine Pumice Gel driesArmenian gilders (clay) bole used to prepare surfaces for water gilding. This is wet mixed, ready to use straight from the pot. Mix with rabbit skin glue and a little distilled water to make a high quality bole for application. Once prepared this bole is applied to a traditional gesso surface, ready for gold or silver leaf to be applied and burnished.
