Fermented on its skins for around a week and matured in 50% new and 50% second fill 300 litre French oak barrels for 18 months, this wine combines power with refinement. Deep garnet in colour, it opens with aromas of cassis, blackberry, and dried herbs, framed by subtle notes of cedar and dark chocolate.
