A Chelsea Deep Plate Exotic Birds & Florals Gold Anchor c. 1758 ANTIQUE Victorian Writing Desk A desirable and collectable pieceA Chelsea Deep Plate Exotic Birds & Florals Gold Anchor c. 1758 ANTIQUE A Chelsea deep plate (or soup plate) made of the finest porcelain and from their celebrated Gold Anchor period. The centre features an attractive hand painted image of two exotic birds in a wooded landscape. Further decoration consists of three large floral sprays and a variety of scattered flowers of different sizes. The moulded outer rim is finished with gold gilt lining. A
